Tomeeva Health Coaching offers a variety of services to best meet the needs of the client. Please find the service below that works best for you. If you have questions or need clarification, please contact Dr. Yolonda for more information.

Transformational Groups

12-week group virtual coaching sessions. Limited to groups no larger than 4 clients. Includes text book and all instructional materials. Also includes a

60 minute virtual session and weekly check-ins with Dr. Yolonda outside of group.

Total cost: $350 ($25/

week)

+ book ($50)

Coaching Intake Sessions

Individual coaching includes a two session mandatory intake evaluation. During the first session, a comprehensive client assessment is completed. During the second session, the client is provided a customized coaching plan. If the client decides not to pursue a coaching relationship, they will keep the coaching plan.

Cost: $350, which includes both intake sessions

Starter Package: Intake Assessment and 2 session for $600

Individual Coaching Sessions

Individual sessions are customized with the client's needs in mind. Clients meet weekly with Dr. Yolonda for a one-hour virtual session. Clients can purchase individual sessions or packages, starting monthly.

Cost: Single sessions, $200 each.

Package #1: $1000 for six sessions

Package #2: $1800 for twelve sessions
